Access control
You no longer need to contact us to deactivate users in your organization.
When you deactivate a user, the system:
- Prevents them from logging in to the app
- Removes them from all areas of the app, including reports and job assignments.
Employee commission eligibility and metrics visibility
In addition to managing whether an employee is active, you can control whether they are commission-eligible (on by default) and whether they appear in metrics.
Marking an employee as commission-ineligible does not prevent you from manually assigning commissions during a job review.
Hiding an employee from metrics removes them from leaderboards for payouts, profit, and revenue.
The best part is that these settings aren’t tied together. You can keep someone commission-ineligible while still showing them on profit and revenue leaderboards---perfect for apprentices or probationary employees.
More intuitive date selection
We added a few new presets, including Current week and Current month, that better align with how you use the app and your pay periods.
Performance improvements and bug fixes
As always, we've taken care of a number of bugs and implemented a few performance improvements that should make the app feel a bit snappier.
