Step 1: Download TeamBuyIn
Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and integrate your CRM / FSM. Connect your CRM to the TeamBuyIn Platform.
We currently only work with Housecall Pro, but Jobber is coming soon.
Step 2: Upload your pricebook and create flat rate payouts
Set the rate that you would like to pay your employees for each specific service item in your pricebook. We can help if you’re not sure.
This will be the payout amount that our system will default to.
Step 3: Begin approving and reviewing job payouts
Any job that is completed in your CRM will update in the job flow. After quickly reviewing the job, select Approve if the payout looks correct.
If you want to split the payout in a unique way or change the payout amount, click review. These are all customizable as they come in.
Step 4 (coming soon): Create bonuses or spiffs
Create a spiff to encourage upselling specific services.
Example: You sell this specific service 4 times, you receive a spiff payout.
Create a bonus to encourage long term behaviors you want.
Example: If your average ticket price is 1000 dollars for the next two weeks, you get a 500 dollar bonus.
Step 5: Exporting employee payouts
On payroll day, navigate to the Home tab.
Click Export CSV. Select the data you want to export into your payroll system.
Congratulations! You’ve just motivated your employees, increased productivity, and never have to look at a timesheet ever again.
