Visibility
Know the second something changes.
Your manager updates your rate, adds a spiff, or changes how commission is calculated. You see it in the app. No surprises on payday. Look back at any job, any week, any month and know exactly where your money came from.
Understanding
See the math on every job.
Revenue, cost of materials, your rate, the tip. Every number that goes into your pay is broken out so you can see exactly why you earned what you earned. You understand your check before it ever hits your account.
Your crew
Same page, same goals.
Leaderboards show where everybody stands without any politics. Team goals track how the whole crew is doing, not just you. When callbacks start stacking up, you see it before your manager does.
